So I have recently purchased icon front coil overs. But the problem I have ran into is that when I had the coil overs installed. The factory sway bar rubbed against the bottom of the coil overs. Which made me buy a spacer to push the sway bar away from the coil over. Spacer is sold by ToyTec. Now that I have recently purchased an All Pro front bumper. I have ran into the problem of where the front bumper bracket mounts is where the sway bar goes. And the bolts from Toy tech are not long enough nor big enough. Has anyone else ran into this problem.

If I remember correctly form a set of ICONS in the past, the lower connection to control arm is different side to side, they're not centered and should be installed where the C/O sits slightly further back and away from the bar (hope that makes sense)... plus is the 2nd pic jacked up or on the floor? your Upper control arms are maxed out and truck should be lowered a bit, that could hit the C/O too..

I'd remove the sway bar all together. Removed mine when install coilovers and All pro bumper. I think if you didn't know and got behind the wheel you wouldn't notice the difference unless you cut the hard at 60 mph

Agreed. I have tested. You can notice more body roll in that situation but I doubt I could actually roll the truck. You'd have to be going a decent speed and cutting the wheel back and forth multiple times hard to roll the truck I would think based on the feeling from my "test".

I've had it off before but would rather it on the truck than off. Think I have everything figured out

I removed my sway bar and was T boned when a woman ran a red light causing me to do a 180 in the middle of the road. I was surprised when I did not flip from the accident but luckily I did not. I was going around 40 mph at the time of impact.

I had to remove the sway bar because it was rubbing my OME set up.

I have the Icon sway bar relocation kit and the bolts it came with were long enough even with the AllPro front bumper. Probably need to just source a pair of longer bolts.

"the bolts are not big enough". I don't understand that part. It goes in the same hole but there too small now that you have a bumper? I you using the correct holes? The kit should supply a long enough bolt. Something seems weird here...

Bumper will still not even out with washer and side pieces. Just the why the brackets are made from all pro.

Bumping this because I am helping a friend do some things to his truck. We're having an identical issue to OP and would like to know the correct way to so it. He has Icon shocks with the relocation bracket as well as the all pro bumper. When we re-install, do we put bracket first, then bumper, or bumper then bracket? Thanks
