First Tacoma Build

Well I bought my first Tacoma a couple weeks ago now. It's a 2015 double cab short bed TRD Off-Road and I love it! Starting my build thread now and will be updating as I go along.

First day I saw it on the lot I fell in love. Only 18k miles and in perfect condition

Papers signed and she's all mine!


First to go is those mud flaps that almost touch the ground.


Just got the LED Headlight bulbs installed and man are they bright! Night and day difference!

That's it for now, here's a list of future mods. Next up is new wheels, hate waiting for backorders. Oh well.

Got new wheels in, was waiting on SCS Ray10's FOREVER and they sold out before I could buy this last go around so I ended up getting a steal on some brand new Method Standards. Waiting to find a good deal on some coilovers before I put the wheels and new tires on. Think I'll be going with 285/75r16's so a cmc is in order as well.

Also got the windows tinted and some Weathertech floor mats in.
That's it for now, update hopefully by next week I'll find some coilovers or just order some 5100's we'll see.

Big update on this one. I picked up some Icon coilovers and had them rebuilt by AftermarketHQ in Las Vegas. Great guys to work with by the way. Here they are next to stock bilstein 4300's
And installed Also got some 265/75r16 Falkens to wrap around the Method standard wheels. Testing the new setup out trailin in Jean, NV the other day
And I got the caliraisedled fog pod mounts with some lifetime led fog lights. Came out killer

 

Next up is some Icon rear shocks w/resi's, upper arms (not 100% on brand), and Icon aal. Starting new job and training is 5.5 months so probably won't be doing much until after Christmas
