    Do you mind sharing where?

What's the new axle going to be?

Can anyone give me some idea how far out from the frame the outrigger needs to be? I'm looking at 2 options from ruff stuff..

I like the boxed look of the top one but idk if it's wide enough. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

And on your leaf hanger question, I would suggest the wider perch just to be safe. You can always trim the outside and box it in if that's the look you're going for.

hopefully someone answers as this thread seems to be dead. I noticed most of you guys are into crawling more than speeding in the desert. I am interested in doing this swap for a little prerunner project I got going. Will these hold up as well or should i keep looking at the deaver long trave set ?

Dope. I originally wanted giant motorsports leaf kit but after some hits to wallet, im looking for an alternative. The 63s and shock hoops should do. I habe a 90's pick uop 4x4. Total chaos long travel is only 12 of travel so im taking a stab in the dark and assuming that this swao should hold up.

I like those a lot! I'll add to the OP, didn't realize you could buy a pre fabbed set.

Ass end is sitting way high right now. I’m hoping it settles at least 1 1/2”.

The ride quality is absolutely awesome. I have a slight vibration when accelerating up to about 15 MPH. It isn’t bad, but there’s no mistaking that it wasn’t there before. Hoping that’s something that will go away once the springs settle? I did do a carrier bearing drop.
Other than that, every little rattle and knock has me paranoid that I forgot to tighten something. Lol

What length shackle did you end up using? If you want to lower the back end you'll most likely have to put a shorter shackle in.

Your vibrations are coming from the driveshaft. If the springs settle in or you put a shorter shackle in that vibration will most likely go away.

Yeah, I knew the vibs were coming from the drive shaft. I’m just hoping it settles enough to correct itself. I have 5” shackles. Sounds like all I need to do is wait.
It’s just when you take a truck that’s not even a year old and start chopping/welding on it, every difference in sound and feel...
well, let’s just say there were a couple of times I asked myself “WTF did you do?” Lol

I just can’t get over the ride though. It’s like a Cadillac.
