Better than the manufacturer? Probably not.

I'm on the phone with Amazon again now. I should of just went with a different vendor/website :(. Trying to see if they can contact the fulfillment center to see which pack they'll be sending next so I know which one to return now.

I'm confused by them saying "different manufacturers" because I thought ARB made both packs

    ARB is the brand.

They don't roll their own leaf springs. Most don't, some do.

ARB/OME does not physically make the packs in house

maybe try calling ARB and tell them what is going on. I am sure they would not be happy knowing someone who pushes their product is screwing up with their product and inherently their reputation

Just don't order from Amazon, even for those who want to take advantage of their Prime Membership. They just made this a lot more complicated than it needs to be.

Was Amazon the seller or was it a vendor selling via Amazon?

It said "Sold by: Amazon.com LLC" . There were other options to buy from private vendors that were selling on amazon but for it to be prime applicable, it kept selecting the one that was sold by Amazon.com LLC

I just received springs from Amazon too, they basically did the same thing. The description was for part CS047R and I received EL095R, I ordered two and one was correct and the other was for a Jeep. Return and reorder was easy. I was concerned that since I now had an EL095R and the site description says CS047R that I would receive the latter, thus having mismatched springs. Luckily, I received another EL095R. Hopefully you got the right part now. Going the Amazon route was a little risky but worked out, you really can't beat the price with free shipping.

@Surfh2o All good now on my end also. I had to purchase a third set, it ended up being a EL095R and they refunded me for the completely wrong pack and the CS047R.

The ride is amazing on the EL095R's

Glad they got you straight. Can you tell me the rest of the specs on your lift front and back, tires/size? How much lift did you gain front and back?

    Thanks

@Surfh2o Front is 887 coils with 5100's at the zero setting. Rear is Dakars with 5160's. I rub in the front, need to do some trimming. I don't have exact measurements. Tires are LT275/70R18's.
