My taco needs new tires (33x12.50r18) and im torn between these two

    Toyo open country mt.
    http://m.ebay.com/itm/4-New-33X12-5...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649

    Terra commander mt.
    http://m.ebay.com/itm/4-NEW-LT-33x1...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649

Both tires are load range and have a really aggressive tread pattern. The difference between the two is the price point. The Toyos are about 1,400$. The terras are about 750$.

Note: i have the toyos on my truck now and love them! The price of the terras is pretty tempting though. I plan on doing a good bit of off roading and do have to worry about messing up/replacing tires.

Those commanders are cheap and look like shit. Why get the toyo's when you can have KO4's?

Im not familiar with ko4's. Who makes them?

I really want something a bit more agressive although they do look like a great tire!

I have the ST Maxx, they are great all around tires. Great in wet pavement and very good off road. I just got some dedicated MTs though, they are Toyo MT, I'll report back when I get them on tomorrow. Just don't get 265's, you be wanting 285's as soon as you get them.

The bfg a/t? Ive never been super impressed with them. They seem to be a good all around tire but not really great at anything imo. Plus i want something really aggressive. I need the extra traction for mall curbs

Duratracs maybe. Quiet on road. Great in the wet and snowy stuff. And aggressive tread pattern. I'm on my second set

I'm running the Cooper AT3's on both my trucks right now, I like them a lot... But the Cooper ST Maxx look awesome and perform extremely well. The AT3's are very affordable.
