I'll never understand the elaborate boot thing. I mean, most times, your pants cover them. If you're wearing them with shorts, you need hit by a truck, or better be a smokin hot female!
I like Red Wings and Lariat's

    Howdy Chad / All!

Its almost the weekend! Everybody ready?! :drunk:

My wife is leaving Saturday morning for her Overland Adventure through New Mexico and Colorado. She'll be meeting up with a few more 4Runner's in Taos, NM on Sunday for a cruise to a camp site just north of Taos. They'll stay there a night and then make their way to Colorado. She'll be documenting the entire trip with our GoPro and DSLR so I am hopeful she'll get some good shots while on some of the backroads and trails she has mapped out. Her 4Runner is just about ready for the trip. Had the 5,000 mile service performed Tuesday at the Dealer and last night installed the Hitch Rack and moved the RTT forward on the roof rack to help distribute the weight better. I wish I could go, but my job requires me to stay behind as i'm in the heart of a very important buildout for a .....well let's just say very DEMANDING client. @-dustin knows what i'm talking about :playball:

Anyways, thought i'd share some pictures of her rig thus far. Have more plans for it when she returns.

Test fitting the hitch rack, this was prior to moving the RTT forward.

RTT deployed down at the National Seashore last weekend, mile marker 40. Had the most phenomenal fishing trip I've ever had down there since going as a kid. We caught over 20 fish, all keepers.

Hope everybody is doing well! Have a great upcoming weekend! :oldglory:

so how much weight do you think you've got on there with that RTT and the gear on the back? I can't remember, do those have a higher spring rate, or just slightly taller?

that looks so fun. i was down in Rockport last weekend and didn't catch anything. 8hrs bay fishing, and nothing more than a few hardheads.
