The dude got dragged out by the cops 30 minutes after I posted. He said something super racist towards a waiter and the manager stepped in and asked him to leave. He wasn't even staying at the hotel and I did take a video the cops dragging him out but they were a bit rough (he was resisting) with him and I totally approved of it so I deleted the video. The last thing I need is to feed those anti-cop protesters here in Oregon...

As the arrival date approaches of the very much awaited HomerTaco grille I purchased gets closer, I find myself "debating" on whether or not I want to do what my original idea was; paint the TRD letters black to go with my "theme".

Now I'm not so sure I want to do it right away, and thinking about leaving it be and see what it'll look like.

 

The best was when the bartender gave us shots on the house... mmmm makers mark

 

I say leave as is and you can always paint it later. Luckily its easier to take the grille off than it is to disengage the ebrake.. or at least it is on my truck...

 

If I base mine on 40 hrs, it's probably not bad. If I base it on the hours I actually work, it's probably a very low number!

Still rather not be hourly, though. I have no desire to punch in and out again. If I want to take a 2 hour lunch, take off for an appointment, or just be lazy coming in because I was there late the day before, I can and nobody cares because they know I'll still be over 40 hours in the end.

 

The convo has been really shitty the past 24 hours... I am on a very regular schedule that keeps my poops out of the office. Every morning at 5:30-5:40 am. I don't do forums on the phone, just facebook.

If I calculated the time I ACTUALLY do work, my hourly rate would be foolish hahaha!
