Question about TPMS sensors

    I have acquired a set of TRD Off-Road wheels with new tires on them. I plan to move the tires and TPMS sensors onto a set of TRD Beadlocks. Will the TPMS sensors from the Off-Road tires fit in the beadlocks? Also, will TPMS sensors from a 2016/17 Off-Road truck communicate with a 2007 truck?

    I'm pretty sure the sensors are different (not compatible). You can look up the TPMS part numbers for your truck and the 2016 on one of the online Toyota parts sites and compare to confirm.

    You should have no problem selling the 2016 sensors in the 3rd gen. for sale section of this forum.

    Denso 550-0103) is the sensor I need in the four TRD wheels. I have read that the Denso units require no programming. Just install them in the wheels, drive, and the vehicle learns the new sensors. Is this true?

    Also, is the 42607-04010 (

    Denso 550-0104) the correct sensor for the spare tire?
