Alien hooker with laser heels is the most plausible explanation.

The drop light cage actually makes more sense.
If the drop light uses a standard incandescent bulb(not led).. I know for a fact it can heat up the metal guard hot enough to do this kind of damage. (Ask me how I know :/ ) if they were working in the center console area, would be safe to say they had a light for better visibility.
OP, ask the dealership what kind of shop lights they use or peek your head in the service bay to check...

This is what I'm talking about

Yes, regular incandescent bulbs get plenty hot, I remember my Sister having some Easy Baker Oven when we were little and it baked cookies with a light bulb

Going on the light cage theory, how would the marks get transferred/wrapped around to the vertical part of the console?

It would make sense if the flat marks were deepest, and then the wrap around side marks were just from heat radiation, leaving them wider and shallower.

I'll buy the wire cage if someone can explain how it goes over a 90° bend at an oblique angle while remaining perfectly straight.

    ^ true..

Okay who's gonna go test this theory in their own truck. Leave the light on for a few hours resting on the console.
    It's for science

    Amending my thoughts....
It cannot be a work light, it cannot evenly burn around those edges
It is not scratching, it is most definitively high heat related
Its not a live wire , again with the edges, and also too evenly burned
Its not chemical related, lines too linear, too many parallels

The dotted lines represent where I think the lines likely connect, as someone pointed out it happened in park, not while driving. It is not hand , pressure, or weight related. So either you have electricity, sun, or heatgun related something.

It almost feels like someone took some wire and wrapped it around the console many times to perhaps tie up the center console to hang in the hair so they could do wire repairs underneath the console, or it was wrapped in plastic wrap or something like that. It really feels like someone wrapped cables/lines/wires around it a bunch of times and criss crossed like people do.

But it didn't happen all at once...... PLEASE take off the console and look underneath for traces of ANYTHING.

I think it has to be from reflected sunlight somehow.

    1) The scored lines are straight. Any dog claws, high heals, etc would not be straight.

    2) It wraps around the edges and transitions from plastic to pleather without break. Can't be something like a drop light cage or wire because these would not be able to touch all those surfaces in a straight line without a break in the line.

    3) It occurred over multiple days, so it's not something the dealer did, but could be from a certain parking location, time of day, etc.

    and finally

    4) The chrome trim piece appears to be relatively undamaged. Chrome reflects light and wouldn't see the same amount of heat as the dark parts. Any other direct heat or friction source would also have damaged the chrome trim.

Maybe she hangs a crystal ball from her rear view mirror
But seriously, it MUST come from one the front windows then because there are burn marks ahead of the shifter UNDER the boot......unless that one was from driving.

OP what tint do you have, do you have any shiny objects on or near your house, or kids playing with shiny objects....or cats

Or a clear water bottle in the center console could focus light...

apparently everything i typed got removed when i posted...for some reason...anywho...

OP please take a picture of boot with the shifter in Drive. it looks like the lines might line up better in that position. I agree taht it seems to be a sunlight reflection from something causing the marks

    I like this...
Then go park it out in the sun to dry so it's not taking up a bay.

Doesn't it almost look like someone lifted something out of the square cubby that was dripping something caustic?

agree with this. . see how it comes down the side, a wire would not form a straight 90 degree angle sticking to the side as it goes from horizontal to vertical.

Get your windows tinted recently? Or maybe when they fixed the electrical they used a heat gun to heat wrap the wire splices. Tint shop did this to an older vehicle of mine when I was getting the windows tinted, they would heat, then put it down until he center, then use it and put it back in the center again, it had a guard on it but the guard itself burned my shift boot and center console, the marks looked very similar to yours.
