How she sits as of 4/24/2018:

Purchased in Aug 2015, after about 2 years I have FINALLY put my lift on! I have dreams of Long Travel, maybe one day when I pay her off! IMG_0037.jpg
This was how it was with old man running boards all stock (Don't mind the random ghetto tree in the bed). It had an old man style Leer topper that was huge, I sold it and got a SoftTopper instead. Love it especially for the price. After awhile went by I painted the stock steel wheels black, plastic dipped the front grille black to get rid of chrome, and added some vinyl stuff :D
    IMG_0523.jpg IMG_1455.jpg

Still need to delete the tailgate badges and paint the door badges black to delete all chrome besides the rear bumper. I have plans for the though and go High Clearance. But a few ago I installed the lift!

Here is the finished front!! (Yes I zip tied the ABS wire after this picture)

    IMG_2587.jpg

Installed 3 degree steel shims on the new design Dakars, I have put over 500 miles on them, on and off road and no vibrations.

    IMG_2583.jpg

    New Axle angle!

    IMG_2594.jpg

Everything installed in the rear! New Dakars, Timbren bumps, All pro flip kit!

    IMG_2592.jpg

Installed the Carrier Bearing Drop kit! Helps with the vibrations along with the shims!

    IMG_2588.jpg

Got my alignment, everything is great and smooth after that! After about 120 miles I did my retorque, it was a good thing I did because my driver side UCA to spindle bolt was really loose! And I now have some damage to the upper misalignment spacer, in keeping an eye on it, hopefully nothing too serious. Still performs amazing!

    IMG_2605.jpg

Here is a bad quality but zoomed in photo, those aren't metal shavings, just grease. Hard to tell with the picture quality, it is slightly bent. :censored:

Which Dakars do you have? Did you measure the hub to fender before and after your?

If you get the chance can you measure the hub to fender height? I installed my EL095R this morning and they didn't give me as much lift as I was hoping for.

Yeah I will for sure! I know mine might also be more than yours just cuz you have the rack and tent.

Crazy bog that a SAS 4Runner couldn't even get across.
    IMG_2739.jpg

Kings River Trail, had a little accident in the group! Flopped over. Luckily only minor injuries, the passenger hurt their wrist.

    IMG_2746.jpg

Luckily we all had more than enough Recovery gear to get him back up on his feet, plugs pulled and drained and running again. We went home after that, long day!!

Thanks man. I'm at 23.25" driver and 23.75" passenger. That's with a little over half a tank of gas and about 200lbs on the bed and probably another 125lbs between the fridge and stuff on the roof. I'm a bit disappointed in how little lift I gained over the stock leaf pack with three leaf AAL.

Oh wow, I didn't think it would droop that much. I heard they are coming out with or may have already a heavy duty leaf pack with the new design? Kinda sucks though since you had to come all the way down.

That's what I read prior to choosing the EL095R pack. I figured if it was rated at 2.75" of lift with no weight I would still get around 2" when loaded. Instead it's only sitting 1.25-1.75" higher than stock. Without much weight yours lifted it 2.75-3.75" so it seems to sag really badly once you start adding weight. Once winter gets here and I swap the RTT out for my hard tonneau cover I'll measure again to see what the lift height is. I might end up having to add the Dakar AAL.

Dang, it doesn't seem like enough weight to sag that much. It should definitely come up when you remove the tent and rack, but if you do the aal I would just be afraid of it being super stiff in the rear without the tent, but you could throw some sand bags in the rear when you don't like @NickofTime does in the winter, I'll end up doing the same.
