So the U.S. is getting a special treat, a full solar eclipse visibile from Salem OR, to Charleston SC, with the most complete eclipse happening right about over Tennessee. Lucky DOGS!

Well, being the giant space nerd that I am, and as rare and cool as something like this to happen "close to home" I'm making a trip up to see it in all it's glory. I'm planning to spend a day or two offroading and camping while visiting TN, the Appalachian Mountains is such a beautiful area really.

I'm interested in finding memebers who would like to convoy, roadtrip, or just meet up somwhere close to the Deal's Gap area (Tail of the Dragon) to view this rare natural phenomenon.

I'll be leaving Orlando Florida at approximately 10am Saturday the 19th this month with intent to have camp set up somewhere in TN well before dark on Sunday, I'm taking a less than direct route.

If there's interest post here or PM me.

Even if you can't go but know the surrounding TN area and can recommend me a good place to camp/veiw/off-road/trails please let me know!
