    They are "worth" $0 to $1,000,000+. It all depends on who you find to buy them. "Worth" is all about perspective of the buyer.

    To answer your questions though, 1) yes, you can definitely sell them. 2) I've seen just the wheels go for $400-$800. Wheels and tires i've seen commonly posted for $800-$1200 depending on location and shipping.
