I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma hot air from passengers vent cold air in drivers vent

    I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma hot air blows in the vent on the passenger side the drivers vent is cold. Part house said the blend door actuator is bad. Cold this be the cause. Dealer wanted 148.57 for a new on or is the freon low . I'm clueless.
