How do i set up my user setting so i don't get an email 4 every thread

Sorry, i don't know where to post this so it's just going here.

Every time i post a comment or add a new thread i get a daily update email and it's getting annoying. The only way that i have found to stop this is to go into my user controls and unsubscribe or change the subscription to "no email" setting.

Is there a way to set it up so i don't have to go into my user controls every time i post to a thead to set it to "no email notifications".

I figure there has go to bea general setting for this or something. Please let me know what to click and where it is under in my user controls

Click Control Panel- Then Click Edit Options. Find the option about Subscriptions and Click "Do Not Subscribe"
Then go to your subscription list and make sure you modify the Notification options.
