Where can I buy a behind the cab tie down rail for 2017 Tacoma Access Cab

    Can't believe they didn't put a tie down rail behind the cab?? I have a roll up cover using some space along the sides and want a rail behind the cab to help carry my mountain bike. Does anyone know if such a thing exists and where I can find one? I've searched on this site but came up empty handed??? I'm sure they make them some where??
    Thanks for any help-it's aggravating!!

    Saved Toyota a Dollar for each truck rolled off the lot, now multiply that by 200K Trucks produced each year, add in the "nominal" cost/price increase to the consumer.

    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    The 2nd gen rail fits, has been retrofitted by many here.

    So you can buy one at the dealer, look at junk yards, post in WTB here for someone parting out, etc etc.

    I love cool stuff. CCR Sport Just released a new motorcycle tie down bar that looks factory on the Tacoma. To make it fit factory, add a 57" piece of 1.25" x .25" under it and replace the stock Toyota torx screws with 6 x 40mm stainless buttonhead allens. Even the tie downs are trick.

    For tying down bikes or motos I think it's the best way:

    That's the Kaizen shit, they do it constantly to see what they can eliminate, make cheaper, or send down the assembly line faster.

    I can only imagine how many thousands of gallons of Transmission Fluid they saved in not topping off our fluids.
