    What are you guys w/ later gens running for dual filament brake/ tail lights?

    I remember ordering them years ago and none of them ever fit.... the led circuit board would contact the light housing so the bulb wouldn't engage all the way into the socket..

    I hate these resistors. This is why I still have traditional bulbs in my 4Runner. For Nisan Versa Note I when I replaced front bulb with switchback LED (to be legal in Poland) I connected front corner marker with led blinker. I don't need corner marker to be legal. Then I replaced the corner 5W bulb with the same size 10W. It was enough to stop hyper-flashing. Switchback LED works as white position lights (required to be white in Poland) and original corner orange marker works as additional blinker. Win-Win with no stinking resistor.
