I thought it was quite genius. Aside from not being very convenient to move, it works really well.

How did you wire that switch? I've been playing with that idea for a while but i can wrap my head around the wiring.

$30 Amazon leds and a few hours of cutting/filing/cursing. Reverse wire tapped and soldered off the trailer harness.

I've got a wiring diagram on my other computer, will try to dig that up tomorrow. It took me a while to wrap my head around too, and even bought another switch thinking the original one wouldn't work.

This is how I wired mine, it's a 10-pin On/On/Off 3-position rocker from OTRATTW. The wires labled 'Dash' are for the upper LED, pins 9 & 10 are for the lower LED, Pin 1 is unused. - @Faheygf87

How are you guys running the wire from the bed. I’m thinking of installing two chase lights under my max modular bed rack. Is the best way down the bed rack then down between the cab and bed and to the engine compartment?

Mines mounted on a roof rack on top of a shell. And power from an aux fuse box in the engine bay. Ran it down along the frame up the the taillight and into the bed the. Up with the 3rd brake light wiring of the cap to a hole in the roof sealed with sealant

I did with mine, down the frame and up along the inner fender to the fuse panel. Rigid midnight series that I picked up from their discount thread here on TW.
