@ericd what you brought it to a shop and they spray under it with a rustoleum spray or did you spray it yourself? If so what did you use?

    Stock, for now.
Oh I think it's equal. Not trying to beat you. I was trying to relate that I understand that feeling of sacrifice for something you want, badly. I sold my VW RABBIT for that rig. You emptied you savings. That's what it's for, at 16.
    Cheers!

That's a great idea. Did you lay a foam mat or mattress across the top the slats or just the sleeping bag? Only reason I ask is because the last few times I bed camped I had an inch thick piece of foam slapped in the bed, which worked but more cushion was ideal for multiple days. Almost tempted to try something like this since I don't have the foam hookup anymore.

    A thing or two...
Insurance should cover it. It would fall under the comprehensive portion of your insurance, not collision, I believe.

As already answered. One is more than enough. I used four cans for all rims and I used the excess from one can for all the badges. Tape around the badges and give yourself about .75" to 1" around it with tape and newspaper or whatever to protect a good area around. You spray right onto the badge and your paint. It will peel right off leaving the badge plasti dipped. Use a toothpick to take out in between the lettering to avoid scratching your paint. Keep the paint can about 10" away. Start with one light coat. It's actually surprisingly easy to work with. Have fun with it. Here's a long drawn out tutorial. You don't have to tape off as much as this guy.
