I've seen a few threads for DIY but I'm a little worried about doing that, I tend to break plastic things and it involves a lot of removing plastic pieces! Does anyone know a good place in/around the Boston area that wouldn't charge an arm and a leg to replace?

What are you talking about? Replacing the actual antenna whip itself? It just unscrews from the mount on the fender. Couldn't be easier.

Unless the newer tacomas are way different or you're talking about something I've never heard of.

The entire antenna, my broke off inside the actual mount so I need to remove and replace everything.
