what material did you print with, the designer on thingiverse stated PLA will warp with heat. I was thinking PETG may hold up better

I used ABS on a polyprinter with the bed temp at ~180 degrees. No warping there. The biggest cause of warping is solid fill, so if you're gonna print them I'd siggest 50% infill

I have ABS but no ventilation system setup for my printer, guess it's time to git-r-dun!

    Hardcore off road floor mats!
The options the Taco gives me to reply to people who text me are too PC. Has anyone tried to change said response to less.... Politically correct? Haha

I haven't done this, but my thought would be by pass the factory harness all together and treat your highs as a light bar. You would have a separate switch on the dash for them, but you can use them anytime. It's should all be the same voltage. I'm actually thinking about doing this. You could run day times, high beams, fogs all at ones. You would have to splice the female end of the plug and just tap the factory wires and throw some heat wrap around them. Just a thought. I don't need the high beams on my steering wheel.
    :notsure:
Throw some leds in there and you saved on an over priced light bar

You have light features on your steering wheel or the column? , mine are on the column ear ros thing... can't think of the name. Windshield wipers one on the other side also.

Oh yeah column, just meant in the vicinity. I'd put a switch next to my ditch light switch or even better, tap into the fuse box and use that pointless wireless charger switch. Looking for a good reason to get rid of that anyway

I have yet to get to any wiring. It keeps having to go back to the dealer as is. Suspension almost complete. Wiring next. :annoyed: I don't like wiring. It doesn't like me either.

New bumper. One made of a tad better steel than this plastic and tin foil.

And that pic is quite telling. We really don't have a bumper to speak of.

If not for the tow package there wouldn't be anything but frame rails and the two brackets that hold that pos on.

I'm going to start looking for a rear bumper but honestly I'm not spending much until the howling rear diff (or whatever the howling is) is fixed. If a damper does the trick then so be it but come on Toyota let's get this crap fixed!

This is what now. A little modification and you can have to rear bumpers for 300 bucks:bananadance::D

Grinding is all done on this piece... now it looks like the hitch will need to be trimmed so it can sit flush. Majority of the work is done though.
