So I started to notice a door rattle on the drivers side access cab door. It was really loud off road, but still noticeable when driving down the page road.
Decided to take the access door apart and found the problem before the panel was completely off. It was discovered when a nut hit the ground.
It was 1 of 2 bolts holding the seat belt assembly on.
    Anyone ever see this?20170718_150036.jpg 20170718_150024.jpg 20170718_150312.jpg

Yup, those suckers will shake loose. Always the first thing I check is a loose screw/nut

Wasn't there a recall about this?

Hopefully you put some Loctite on that screw.

I had something similar to this happen in my ACLB, but it was from the bolts that hold in the latch mechanism on the bottom of the doors. a couple of the bolts were literally hanging halfway out (I was surprised the door still shut honestly). Below is a pic of the problem area. If you have an access cab, I recommend checking the torque on these every so often. I lost two bolts before the rattling got so bad that I tracked the noise down.
