    all tore up already
Lot of strange info given. Do not "snug up" your tie rod ends unless you see the bottom nut is noticably loose. Otherwise you would be adjusting toe aka randomly adjusting your alignment. Depending on how hard you are moving your wheel, it is normal. Every vehicle will have some slight clunk if you move hard enough. If you are moving steady and there is play, thats an issue. If there is no play you are fine and looking for an issue where there isnt one.

I just went through this last week trying to find a popping sound while turn 70 % and over bumps. My skid plates were just lose enough that when the truck flex it popped. I had my truck up on the jack and there should be zero movements in all directions. Did you spin the tires while it was in the air, any shakes or vibs? If so then bearing went bad. Is it both wheels or just one? If you are getting vibs on one side left to right then I would look really hard at the tie rod end. If both wheels make vibs I would look into your steering rack and tie rods.

    Thanks for the reply @TacoRD16
Both of the wheels make noise when I shake the tires.
When spinning the wheels, there are no vibs/noise. Dealer had tighten all?? Bolts when I had for service.

OK no snug up. My issue here is clunking/popping noise under my truck (no lift, etc)
so happens I did this, little or hard enough there is some noise.
They have change the whole coil/spring assembly and still had noise.
@ahkouchi did this and said there is no noise.
