2002 4cylinder tacoma misfire only after i shut it off and restart?

Driving me crazy .. My 2002 4cylinder tacome trd runs great until you stop and turn off the motor and after restart is missing something awful. First time this happend I sat at the store trying to figure out what had happend . Once you let the motor cool down it will start right back up and run fine until you cut it off and restart . I had the code read and it said misfire #4 cylinder
I have changed all the spark plugs and coils hoping this would fix it but still doing the same thing. Guessing it might be the injectors and thats the next thing to replace.
Any one eles run into this issue and if so what did you do to fix it?
