    Hey Guys,
I am having a strange thing going on. It seems like the latch on my hood is broken.
I'll go and pull the lever (leaver?), hear the expected noise, but then when I walk to the front of my truck the hood is still secure. The lever in the truck is also still up like the hood is unlatched so I can't get it to go back down.
When this happens I can't actually open the hood until I drive and hit a bump. Then it pops up like expected, and you can flip the lock and open the hood.

I was never in an accident, just clocked around 10,100 miles. In the grand scheme of things it's not really an issue, but in case of an emergency this could be problematic.

Did any one experience this before, and do you have a fix? I can always just take it to the dealer but just wanted to post here first.
