Temp and Compass

My Tacoma didn't come with a compass or outside temperature readout. Is their a toyota upgrade or off the shelf product that can fill the bill?

 

Mine did not either. The TRDs have one in the overhead console and I would like one like that. I have heard that you can buy a new console and change it out but I'm not sure. If you find anything out let me know.

I put this in my truck for $10 from WalMart. It gives inside outside temp.


At night I use a little light (has on/off switch, blue or white led)to see what up, also helps find things in the console. $5 Walmart.


For the compass I did this for $5


Its a cheap mod & gets the job done.
There was a guy on here who just bought the board from toyota and modded the garage door compartment to hold the unit.
It looked pretty good & did not cost as much as the whole thing.
