IMG_0435.jpg Well finally found one and pulled them trigger... sight unseen. Told myself i wouldn't do this but there was nothing good I could find within 400 miles of me for the past 2.5 months

She is getting picked up to be delivered later this week and will replace the little 2002 4x2 taco that I am driving/borrowing from my parents right now.

Talked to the guys a bunch, got sent photos, carfax, etc. before buying but hard to subsititute actually seeing and feeling in person. As I said in the title fingers crossed. First time doing this but my one buddy has done it a few times so he gave me some moral support.

Plan is to turn this (hopefully) beaut into an adventure truck. Plan on putting on a cap + hand built wood storage, bumpers, roof rack, and possibly light bar (and then be broke ). Already has a level kit and tonneau (that will be taken off and sold if anyone is interested) along with some tires and wheels (can't remember right now what they are)

One beauty pic below. Will get its own thread and other pics when upon arrival. Looking forward to learning a ton on here. Open to suggestions and thoughts. Prayers that nothing major is wrong.

Thanks. She is coming from cali which is generally nicer on cars than the Midwest. looks cleaned and I was told multiple times there is not much rust on the frame. I'll be crawling under it first thing.
