    Timing belt gasket what?

    What year is your truck?

Post a pic up of the front of you motor?

I know the 1GR has a chain not a belt, unfamiliar with the 4 banger but I would assume chain also because of the VVT-I.

Sounds like a classic case of stealership friggery trying to pull easy money out of a sucker. Not that you are one but a lot of dealers see someone modding their truck and assume they know nothing and just dump money into it.

Sounds like you might have the timing belt oil leak which usually shows up as oil dripping onto steering pump. Not many parts involved other than toyotas liquid gasket sealer. A lot of labor involved.

As stated above, There is no timing belt.

I agree with you that it is probably the timing chain cover leaking over next to the AC Compressor. Common as dirt and expensive as they have to disassemble the entire front of the engine and the oil pan to reseal the cover.
