This situation is very complex. North Korea has advanced rapidly, way faster than most have expected and predicted. I had a feeling they would. More than likely they are being helped by another government in a few ways. Anyway, most af their artillery is aimed at Seoul and our troops in South Korea. They have one of the largest armies in the world so a ground attack wouldn't do us much good. We would have reign from above. Obviously we could nuke them but no one wants to start a nuclear war. Plus we wouldn't want to piss off China or Russian and they get involved because it would start WW3. I don't think we will do anything until provoked. while they are pretty predictable in when they do tests and show off to their country during holidays and events, what makes them dangerous is they could just might be stupid enough to actually try to plan an attack. Because they have advanced so rapidly it's given them a lot of confidence. They feel like that have something to prove and have a vendetta against Americans. Although a lot isn't known about North Korea, the US government, and South Korea have more Intel than what is lead on. I'm not sure if they have the full capability of hitting the US mainland but if they can't, I'll say they are close to being able to. More than likely if they are planning a attack against the Us mainland they will do it by submarine. Submarines are the biggest threat. With submarines no one ever knows how many are in a countries fleet. They can be built and dropped in the water and no one ever know. They could have subs lining our coasts and we may never even see them coming. And you don't need to be able to launch a middle half way around the world with one. So that's something we all should be concerned about. Also the other thing that worries me that no one ever talks about is what if North Korea started selling nukes to terrorists groups? We keep trying and have been hurting their economy. At some point they will need to find other ways to bring in capital. Some of these terrorists groups have endless funds. If they get ahold of a weapon they could launch it from anywhere. That could also start WW3.

There are a lot of variables and unknowns. I've been watching North Korea for a while back when everyone was brushing their threats off with laughter. Some still laugh but to me, they are a legitament threat. More so to the region, but this could escalate into something big. Only time will tell. If we make it through the first couple of weeks in September then it may start to slowly de-escalate

I agree. I'm leaning towards Iran or even deep state people using different networks to shuffle material to NK. There is no frigging way they moved this fast from an icbm to now miniature nuclear warheads when they are still using soviet area subway cars. Either way people forget N.K. is a place that is lost in time. Their mentality is nothing like the rest of the worlds. Minus Kim his people probally thing the rest of the world is full of cannibals and he is their lord savior. THAT is dangerous.

Its very realistic. He could be even given intel on where to best place subs. Or even per say chinese ships can shield his subs as he makes a clean break out of those waters and toward the u.s. or guam. BUT if he has placement of more than 2 nuclear devices ready to strike than we will all suffer casualties. Ours will be more of an economic and social collapse ( which would definitley benefit china & the middle east greatly ) and theirs will be destruction. But if Kim is a puppet pulled by a string master then the driving force will be untouched.

Believe it or not they don't think he poops. They look at their dear leader as a "God". Although lots know it's all lies and propaganda they have little to no choice to accept the world the live in. Any defiance is punishable. If they try to flee to China or South Korea, even if they make it they risk their whole family being killed or jailed and having to work in labor camps. They present their country to be this great place but it's just a ploy. Only the elite families live with luxuries. Lots of cities have shops and store fronts that are fake, that are set up for appearance. I couldn't imagine living their. It's honestly like half of the people are brainwashed. I've watched some crazy documentaries. Really makes you wonder all the stuff we don't know of since they are so isolated and secretive

 

What creeps me out is that you always see old people in every photo. Like where are the kids/teens ? at the coal mines ?
