Big for nothing! V8, yet response is lacking. Cargo sucks for it's size. Example... I put the 1GR-FE engine from my Tacoma in the bed... what do they weigh about 500lbs wet? I coukd 'feel' it driving.

BAD body roll! Buy one and budget for new coils, struts and shocks.

I Honestly feel like the Tacoma has more power even though the engine is way smaller.

It's just a bad truck! Don't buy one!

Don't care for ford either but are you sure it doesn't just need a sway bar ?

Has one. Still had to change springs and struts to my liking.

Still, if you put that 500lb engine in the rear of your taco, it would be way worse. And I actually like the way they ride/handle. Feels like a truck, not a sports car. But whatever floats your goat.

My other car is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320. You can obviously tell which car I like driving better, lol.

I have an order for the Tesla Model 3, looks like it's being delivered by the end of this year (hopefully). I'm probably still gonna drive the Tacoma to be honest with you. I have been looking for a nice late 80's BMW E30 to buy. You can get them for dirt cheap (>$1k) and they're fun to drive. I mean, except when it breaks down. Better get a tow dolly for the truck, lol.

The Tacoma replaced a Cooper S. I'm at that stage in life where I could totally see myself driving a RAV4 or a Corolla iM.

Nearly two decades of euro-trash (sarcasm) cured me of ever wanting to spend weekends dicking around with a car. I look back at the money wasted and I should have just stuck with the Toyota truck I had in 1999.

I would be sporting a Scion tC. Almost bought one before I got the Tacoma. Neat little cars, plus they have that Toyota reliability.

I'd still be driving the 2014 Dodge Ram. It got 10-12 mpg, everything began to rattle, and then the transmission started going to hell. Decided I needed to go back to the Tacoma since I had one for 10 years before the Ram experiment.
