Hello TWers. I'm going the route of the "Facelift-Update" on my 08 Tacoma, so the parts pictured are currently available. Condition is 8/10 conservative-just washed, clayed, polished and waxed and ready to go. Who needs a complete front end or parts? Fenders available soon as well as bumper reinforcement framework. Grille is available now...Pic to follow.

What all is involved in doing this? Just a new hood, fenders, grille, and bumper? Or is there a lot of parts swapping going on underneath the outer pieces, as well?

 

There are a few threads with detailed parts lists. Kind of depends on what your goal is; I will be running a prerunner style aftermarket bumper, so mainly structural framework to support headlight and grill, some clips and the obvious Headlights, Grille, Hood ect. Also hood latch/locking mechanism is slightly different(get it). If your changing out factory bumpers from year to year then aditional structural parts will be needed(as well as bumper).

 

I wish you were closer I need a fender but shipping will kill that.
