Alright guys I bought this truck last month and I'm coming from a frsIMG_2995.jpg . Never was really a truck guy but the new Tacoma caught my eye. Was tired of not being able to go to certain places because my car was too low and the back seats were uselessIMG_3387.PNG.jpg .
Coming from the tuner world I wanted to upgrade my truck right away. I went off-roading in cleghorn and was very surprised how the truck handled stockIMG_3388.PNG.jpg IMG_3366.jpg .
After that I was hooked and started ordering parts. First thing I picked up was a set of wheels from another member in here. Rotiforms Six ORIMG_3313.jpg . I got suspension next and I went with king all around and total chaos upper control armsIMG_3357.jpg . Installed myself, the rear was easy but the front was no jokeIMG_3390.jpg IMG_3391.jpg . Ordered lug nuts for the new wheels but got sent the wrong ones. Will post more pics when installed should be sometime this week IMG_3389.jpg

Looks great! I traded up from a Hyundai Veloster and haven't regretted anything besides MPG... went front 32 to 15 on the highway.

Wheels are 18X9.5+6 I wanna say. Tires are 265/70/18. And they are for forged and powder coated

My truck was making a weird noise after this past week of off-roading and when I went to go inspect it my sway bar end link on the driver side was broken and sway bar bolt was broken as well. I decided to remove the whole sway bar. Drove to work today on the freeway it felt okay not bad. And now got a little more travel

Nice truck! I live in the area and go to Rowher all the time, have you been to Drinkwater Flats? It's on the other side of Bouquet Canyon across from Rowher, it's another huge OHV area with some good 4x4 trails (some spots tougher than the hard spots at Rowher). It's bigger and less well-known so there's usually less people around at Drinkwater, and some of the views are even better IMO.

Anytime you want a wheeling buddy hit up the thread in my signature, we're a bunch of local guys that like to hit the trails around here often

Finally installed the front bumper! Had some trial and errors but overall I really like how the front bumper came out. Now I don't know if I want to paint it black or the same color as my wheels I'll have to decide on that. The instructions were not the best but common knowledge will get you there. If you have any questions about how to install bumper let me know will be glad to help

Okay I’ve been gone for awhile but nothing really new on my truck except for my tiregate made by Wilco
Pretty easy install, instructions on website are hard to read and understand. Per instructions I’m missing about 8 bolts and nuts but when installing everything fit and I did it fine.
