I searched, but wasn't able to locate an answer. Does anyone know if the 3rd gen OEM flares, e.g., TRD Off Road flares, mount in the wheel well only or if they also have mounting points in the body/quarter panels? Thanks.

They should be the same on all trucks mine had plastic clips underneath on the fenders that hold them on also with the ones inside the wheelwell. Someone also has said they used 3m double sided tape instead of the clips on the fenders
