I was hearing a creaking noise as I would hit bumps then I started hearing it everytime I was driving... Had to get my bushings installed "correctly"... problem was fixed for a couple months but I recently started hearing it again.. leaf springs?... anyone have this issue with their 2016 Tacoma?

First off, welcome to the forum. When you say bushings, are you referring to the bushings on your rear springs? Some people are having issues with their cab mount bushings.

My front suspension creaked when the suspension articulated. It wasn't the body mounts like other people have mentioned. I sprayed the coil, strut, upper and lower control arms, and bushings with Fluid Film and the sound hasn't come back since. It's been a few months and it's still quiet.

If you can replicate the issue easily, schedule an appointment with your service manager and ask them when you set it up to schedule time for a ride along. Let them hear it with you in the vehicle so there can be no denial. Next step is to make them fix it. Your new truck should not squeak like an old 1970 Dodge.

Thanks guys.. I took it in a second time and they said they could not duplicate it .. it started making it again recently.. I guess I will have to wait until it does it continuously and then do a ride along. I agree.. it's a year old.. it shouldn't squeak like a 1970 dodge lol.
