Will the 3rd gen Tacoma be as reliable as 2nd and 1st gen Tacoma's?

Like this one time, I shit you not, the subject was tacos. This dude sitting across from me on a parking lot block was going off about how fish tacos are disgusting and he would NEVER try one, because fish has no place in a taco. I tried explaining to him to at least TRY the taco, but he kept going on an on about tacos like he was a Mexican food scientist. I had had enough. I didn't block him or ignore him. Because it was real life. We were wearing these tiny athletic shorts. So I just let my balls drop out. Stared him down. Nothing like just saying "eh. Go fuck yourself" and moving on.

Yeah but once you've been banned, you build up an immunity. I heard it was true so it probably is. It's going to be TWICE as hard to ban you than before!

Also, smitty is a good dude. You guys might meet one day and hit it off, and you'll be all like "hey, what's your screen name?" And he will be all like "smitty99, I hate tacomas" and gen you guys will have a laugh.

I believe that to be true. I also believe that if it were tacomas and their owners vs ford and chevys, in a rally across the planet, more tacomas would win. Maybe all. Not because of the durability of the truck, but the knowledgeable and genius owners themselves. So we all have that to bask in.

 

Also I just got this in an email from toyota. Rule the planet. Because these trucks are meant for that. Never mind how a dealership totally wouldn't warranty that one guys actuator because he was off-roading.

I see this is a common defense used when someone mentions another manufacturer, but I gotta ask; According to whom? You? It seems to be according to the person's perspective because i'm pretty sure the people who died due to having bad ignition switches would disagree. Perspective matters.
