Oh shit, good catch. My truck is again getting looked at and the printouts are on the seat. Will post current alignment specs when able.
Not sure if anyone else noticed in the pics of the eccentrics, but that left tab is bent. Just drove back to Toyota and they're looking at it now.

Just FYI where your eccentrics are in the picture is the farthest away from the cab mount you can get.

Does it rub? What are your complaints with the current alignment?

The eccentrics I posted, the caster on the side won't come back in below 3.9 now so says the mech. Just brought it to a local 4x4 shop here nearby and talked to them and have an appt for an alignment with them. It was at 2.4 on both sides before the dealership touched it. It was still rubbing with that caster. Wanted it to be in the 3's. Complaints with my current alignment is that my truck can make a right turn all by itself now.
Sorry I haven't posted the current alignment specs yet. I've been running around all day to fix stuff and now I'm back in class.

I'm not sure why they're saying it can't go lower because it obviously can. Maybe they just didn't want to mess with it anymore? They worked on it for several hours?

I don't know wtf these guys do for hours at a time, but there is very little actual "work" to do on a normal alignment unless you don't have a fuckin clue what you're doing and you're just guessing and figuring out suspension geometry as you go. :goingcrazy:

Btw you're going to want the caster slightly lower on the driver side to compensate for road crown. Your automatic right hand turn is likely caused by the caster being higher on the driver side.

I have the same setup and no one can align it so far... I'm so bummed man they say the same thing that the tabs are maxed and can't go more... maybe i need to drop my coilovers as well...

Yeah I know it is cause driver is 3.9 and passenger is 3.1. The Toyota mech said he can't bring driver side down and can't bring passenger up. So now my truck just wants to drive in big ass circles.

Here is current alignment. I made a mistake and noted 3.1 caster for passenger and it's actually 3.0. Still not good lol.IMG_3656.jpg

So you're at 3.9° positive caster and he says he can't turn it DOWN anymore? Sooo he can turn it UP more? o_O

He's either full of shit or he doesn't know what he's doing.

I’ve got the same similar situation but I have SPCs. I’m running 2.1 caster and want to be in the mid to high 3s. Currently the ball joint is in position D and it’s maxed. Need to know what setting to put the ball joint at to achieve 3.5-3.8 caster. Any help?

Leave your UCA where it is and max out the positive caster using the LCA cam bolts. Do you want more caster or are you trying to get more clearance for bigger tires? Because 2.1* of positive caster is plenty.

It wasn’t but thanks. I ended up putting the ball joint to setting E(+1) and it came out perfect. Clear 285s without having to take off my mud flaps or cut anything. Caster comes in at around 1* front wheels feel way more planted. And a humming noise I was getting before is almost non existent.

Too easy, I’ve been reading for days trying to straighten out my own alignment issues, I had the write up open in another tab already
