You need spacers....1.25" would be perfect

yes, spacers or new wheels are all you need. When I used the TRD Sport 17" wheels, i added a 1" spacer which worked out well for 285/70 tires.

maybe I'm seeing things but it kinda looks like you're closer to rubbing the spindles than the control arms...

I noticed the same thing almost immediately. Like a few others said it looks to me like the d plate is in the wrong position as well. I too made this mistake when I installed my LR uca's, looked at the paper that comes in the box the wrong way and initially installed them 180 degrees from where they needed to be. Definitely double check that and give those alignment numbers a good look.

yeah after just googling pics of the UCAs I think you (and others) are 100% right, the d-plates are at least part of the problem, definitely look like they are oriented incorrectly int he OP's pics

A competent alignment tech can fix that.

Adjust the upper control arm out(positive camber).

Adjust lower control arm out(negative camber).

You can see in the pics that the lower eccentric is set all the way in which was to compensate for the upper arm being set so far in.

Get a better alignment before you waste money on wheel spacers.

I mean I took it to a 4x4 shop who also specializes in alignments so I had full faith in them doing the alignment correctly. For all I know it could be 180 degrees off, I know very little about the UCAs.

Alignmenet won't fix that. It may help but that's WAY too close. Think about Aired down tires and flexing

wait hold up a second, when you air down tires the bottom side walls bulge out because of the weight of the vehicle sitting atop of a low pressure, as the wheel turns and spins the top of the tire side walls do not bulge out in that same fashion...

Agreeing with many people here. I had those UCAs and the D plate is absolutely in a sub-optimal position. Getting that issue fixed along with a set of 1.25" Spidertrax spacers and you should be good. FWIW I'm running 285/75r16 Cooper Discoverer AT3s on stock rims on my 2014 TRD Off Road.

An alignment will help move the tire away from the UCA, but he's right. If he ever airs down he will be rubbing on the spindle and the only way to fix that is with a different wheel or a wheel spacer. Looking at the pic he's really close to rubbing the spindle at street pressure(I'm assuming).

I'd still like to look at the alignment sheet.
