Does anyone know what form factor the flush mount S2 Pro series uses? I have to replace some flush mount D2 size backups and I'm wondering if the hole size is the same.

    From Bailey when I asked...

    The Flush Mount bezels measure 3.95" W x 2.480" H

The physical hole will be the size listed on their site.

Thanks. The website shows 2x3 which I'm thinking is the hole size. Either way I think I can cut the hole larger to fit the light since it is just flat plate.

Alright Baily, locking in on my lights, squadron sport amber, wide cornering. How easy is it to swap lenses once installed in a Demello fog pocket? Do you think I should get a second set in white with driving combo or just the lenses to go with these and swap? Just think a second set of sport would look wimpy mounted on the bumper, lol. Would need XL or a 20" or 30" bar i guess.

I have Acro 3840 installed in the Demello for the past 4 years with no issues. They fit perfect just don't like the spot pattern of them. Wide cornering seems best and I want to go with amber just wondering if I'm going to miss the white .

With the Demello bumper you can easily swap the lenses without removing the light or bumper. An additional set isn't required unless you want the additional lighting and have the lights mounted in a different location.

Wide Cornering is definitely ideal for Fog or poor conditions. If you miss the white you can always change the lenses. All you need is QTY: 2 of these lens kits:

Was checking out pictures of Cooleybop and it looks like he has the squadron with a lens cover? That would be really easy to swap on and off.Is there a lens cover or should I just order the actual lens?

    Running round -R Bezels?

Covers work for changing color on standard Bezels only. Also need a gap between the bumper and light so the cover can clip over the edges. The covers also do not change the pattern.

    He is running the following:

XL Sport, Pair, Amber Wide Cornering (w/ Amber lens) - FOG
    https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/xl-sport-pair-wide-cornering-amber.asp

    OnX6 30" Driving/Combo (w/ Amber lenses on outside) - BUMPER
    https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/onx6-30-driving-combo-led-light-bar.asp

We do offer Black, Clear, and Amber Rock guards for our LED light bars and Aux. lights. This makes it very easy to change between colors. Unfortunately we don't have Squadron-R or XL-R Rock Guards for the round lights just yet. It is something we are developing and will release later this year. Here is our current selection of Rock Guards:

Correct correct and correct. And I thought I did my homework. Looks like the reg squadron have for the "rock guard cover" in a colored amber. That is kind of what I was thinking.

Might be best to stick with the plan of amber in wide cornering and clear driving combo replacement lens. Sorry i didn't get a hold of you earlier to discuss. Will try again tomorrow.

Pretty poor business practice when you sell a product that doesn't fit well (huge gaps, bolt hole centers off by 1/4, and use the wrong weatherpack connector that just happens to fit) only to make a fix and tell previous customers they need to re-buy the fit kit... I will no longer be supporting this business when asked about my lights. my new Morimoto fit perfectly for half the price.
