    Definitely. I dont know if my mixtures worked. I need to add more of something. Running out of steam and yawning. So caffeine crash? I took 200mg with my homemade mixture. 5g creatine, 3g beta, and 1g citruilline. Then a b12 chewable and added lemonade mix with it and it all tasted like shit either way lol
