My syncros are grinding and I was going to do a clutch some time so I ordered a <20k tranny 2014 from a wrecking yard to swap in. What mods would you do while its out?

I'm running stock wngine should I stay with OEM clutch? Heavy flywheel or OEM? Has anyone done the hydro bearing upgrade from URD? I have 140k miles on my rig. I'm planning on rebuilding my current mt and selling that recoup some $$ and limit my down time.

I went with a LCE clutch, left the throwout bearing alone, and hoping for the best! I also had to replace my clutch pedal linkage and clutch master cylinder, mine was failing and apparently they changed the design some.
