By far my favorite thing with cars has always been sound. My taco is no different. The very first mod I put in was a Cherry Bomb Glasspack muffler (23 inch) and it sounds amazing. If you want to put in some hours and install one, it is worth the $35 and few hour job. I was thinking of doing a grille insert for my Taco next.

They're Relentless Fabrication. Picked up 3 bars from a local member for $220. Came w quick fists and hi lift mounts already on. Saved myself a bunch of money and time. I believe lead times are 4-8 weeks directly from Relentless.

I fabbed up a pair of brackets and mounted a pair of inexspensive led pods on the rear bed corners. I had mounted lights in the rear bumper on my last Tacoma but they shined more on the ground and I need to be able to see over into my utillity trailer to load and unload the 4wlr in the dark so the bumper light didn't help.

I dont think they even made TRD Sports in IRP, that was my issue. Mine is the same color. How does the aftermarket one line up? I heard theyre hit and miss, thats why I went OEM. I did the same as you and left the scoop black. I paid more for the insert than I did the hood!

The fit is about 95%. There are a couple areas that dont line up perfectly. I area was right at the drivers front corner by the headlight. I was able to bend the fender ever so slightly to make it line up. The other area is at the drivers side mount. The hood sites somewhere between 1/16 and 1/8 inch above the fender. Is barely noticeable since the gap is there, but when you sit in the drivers seat, you can see it. However, the differences are slight, and i would definitely do it again.
