Leaving Tuesday to go down to New Mexico till the 27th to help with some bear hunters.

Our Archery season opens the 19th so I'll be missing a few days but not really a big deal. Maybe it'll get all the animals that are being pushed around into my spot.

Not sure what to suggest. I find nature to be far more interesting and entertaining than anything i could find on a phone, not that i have one on me for most of my hunting.

I think the younger generation struggles as they've grown up with constant stimulation. Maybe take a book for when you get bored?

My least favorite hunting is in a stand or blind. I much prefer moving and glassing and only staying in one spot for an hour or two at most.

I usually don't sit in a stand, I just wanted a break this year, and I found a killer spot.

Still hunting is def. more fun for me. I haven't been able to do much of it since I lost my land lease. Public property is usually crowded, and I don't want to get shot by some idiot shooting at the first sound they hear.
