What is the best aftermarket exhaust and cold air imtake for this motor. The truck is a 2012 Tacoma single cab with a 2.7L and is 4x4?

I don't have an intake or exhaust but put a LC Engineering header on mine after reading reviews and dyno results from others. Can't say I noticed a night and day difference, but I'd say my 09 definitely has a little pep for being a 2.7.
