5VZ Headgasket Kit?

Hey whats up guys,

New to Tacoma World, ive done a lot of skimming threads and searching but cant find anything in the layers and layers of these forums.

I have a 1996 Tacoma 3.4L SR5 4x4 (5VZFE) and im going to be doing my headgaskets for the first time.
Toyota discontinued the Headgasket kit so i am trying to find a parts list ill need when doing this job but cant find solid answers.

Off the top of my head im thinking:
Headgaskets
Intake Gaskets
Valve Cover Gaskets
Cam Oil Seals
EGR?
Throttle Body Gasket

I see aftermarket kits with a ton of other stuff, O-Rings and what not. I like to keep everything OEM and get my parts from the stealership usually so if i can some help on a list of everything ill need to replace, i would REALLY appreciate any help.

Also! Does anyone have a PDF copy of the Factory Service Manual (FSM)??

Im sure some of you are going to tell me to search, theres a thread for that but to be honest, ive been digging around for a bit and cant find anything.
