3inch lift king shocks

Alright , i'm new to lifting trucks, i have an 06 tacoma prerunner trd sport. i recently bought a king shock front coil over kit and rear king shocks i have not installed them yet . im looking to getting new wheels and tires what would be the biggest tires i can fit on there and what off set to avoid any rubbing . another question will the truck look leveled or do i have to add a leaf to the back if i have to add a leaf any recommendations?
