So I changed the title for this instead of making a new one, does anyone know how to wire the led strip on the bottom of these headlights? I want them on in all positions of lights but idk what to do with the black and red wire?

H1 I believe. Don't bulbs usually come with new headlamps?

If the company won't even answer the phone they are probably selling garbage headlights. I hope you didn't purchase yet.

Yep not answering the phone.. isn't a great sign....

I'd buy a tube of silicone for when they arrive

Pretty much all those style lights are garbage. Quick googling confirms need to reseal with silicone though that won't fix the poor output.

I know oem is good and so is retro, but what is considered a good style or kind of light? Just curious

Anything that looks significantly different than stock that is not a full legit retrofit usually has terrible optics. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If looking for aftermarket your best bet is CAPA certified, but those will only come in styles identical to stock.

Problem with replacing your old thread with a new one is not as many people see it. It is better to leave the old thread and start a new subject instead if you want to change topics.

BHLM is your best bet. Regardless you might have to take apart the aftermarket lights to re-seal them. Might as well tail lights apart your OEM headlights and do the BHLM.
