Ok so I am going to do the 6112 in the front with 2.5in of lift and the 5160 in the rear with a 2in add a leaf in the rear. Will i need a diff drop kit for the front? Guess I should add that I will be getting the camburg upper A arms.

I was wondering if there was trimming involved with this setup?

It is hard to say if you would require a diff drop. It all comes down to your after lifted angles. Some people, even if their angles are on the harsh side will forgo using the diff drop since it causes a clearance issue. This is something that we typically have in stock so if you find you need it we could get it out to you fairly quickly. It is located in the front suspension hardware section in case you wanted to check it out. Here is a link: http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p204/Maxtrac_Diff_Drop_kit_-_836800.html

Installed last night. 3rd notch, stock coils. I think it leveled it out nice. Ride is just as good if not better than stock.

When using the single leaf add-a-leaf, longer u-bolts are not necessarily required. As long as the factory ones have not been modified and that the thread completely passes through the nut they should be long enough to accommodate the add-a-leaf. Some people do not like to re-torque a bolt so if you want we do have our HS U-bolts available that will work with the single aal.

Someone made a point one day at an off-road shop I was at, when you add the add a leaf you are no longer retorquing on the same part of the thread it's a new section of thread, so that's why he does not mind doing it. On a lowered truck that I used to have I reuse the same U bolts and retorqued probably 10 times, before someone mentioned to me that it was not a good idea, and I never had any trouble .

You were very honest and I appreciate that.
I will definitely recommend headstrong off-road to anyone that asks about my truck. I’m thinking it will be quite a few people!

Here is my 2016 TRD Sport with 5100s set to 1.55" up front, Firestone Ride-Rites in the rear, ARE MX Cap, Rhino Rack + Rocky Mounts Brass Knuckles on the cab, 4Runner wheels, KO2 245/75R17. As has been reported, ride seems significantly better than stock Sport ride.

Very nice!! Everyone seems to dislike the ride of the Sports. I honestly think I had one customer who liked it.
