I'm trying to install the alpine ILX-107 in my manual transmission 2017 tacoma. I've successfully wired a lot of stuff up correctly but a couple things aren't right.

I got the steering controls to work using the awsc-1 adapter. So hurray. The antenna is connected and the radio works through all the speakers correctly.

    But...

When I put the vehicle in reverse the camera doesn't turn on even though I've connected everything using the additional harness.

Also, the stereo seems to think I'm always in motion... lots of functions tell me I can't do them because the vehicle is in motion. So I've done something wrong with the speed wire?

Part of my problem is that there isn't any diagram or description of the 28-pin wiring -- so I'm totally blind as to what to do with those wires. I've googled all day and can't seem to find anything. I don't really know where else to look. Does anyone have a pin out for the 28 pin connector on the 3rd gen tacoma?

    Can anyone help?
