I really like how your grill looks with the graphite. I have a MGM so I wonder how it would look painted on the MGM. I like to have some chrome also, but the entire grill being chrome looks a bit much.

Been on my to-do list, I have the white can sitting in the basement. You've convinced me to move it way up on the to-do list. Thanks!

Thanks. The graphite color is a pretty close match to MGM. I had a '15 in that color and dipped some of the chrome bits on that truck and it was close.

    Was it hard to remove?

Any little clips that can break easily?

It's actually really easy to pull off. If I remember correctly start with the corner piece first then remove the other side with the nav station... then you just remove some screws on both and some lock tabs. Which could be easily broken but they are tough to get like the grill. Then separate and dip.

Finally did my interior trim since @Uri21 's came out so good. Decided to do the wheels while I was at it. I got a bit of overspray on the tires....advice on how to get that off?

    What a fun truck!
I just removed the plastidip from my rims this weekend. I started with some hand tools like a automotive pick, pieces of rubber, etc to try to peel it off in sheets. However, as soon as I tried to peel it off, I immediately realized what a terrible job I did with my spray coats. After scratching my rim, I got pissed and decided to pull out the pressure washer. Holy Mole! The pressure washer is by far the best invention for removing poorly applied plastidip. I wish I would have taken pictures or video! Now my rims are back to the stock look. I will most likely dip them again, but next time I will go with a charcoal or grey dip.

Moral of the story: Use a pressure washer to remove any unwanted plasti dip. It works great for any overspray as well.

Has anyone tried to get a close match to MGM using plastidip? With or without glossifier?

I'm going to Derp my wheels this weekend, are people putting the gloss over it or just doing 5 to 6 coats of plasti-dip?
