Back at @Texomas shop getting some more work done on Big Perm. We are starting with the AAL and axel shim. We will move onto adding some preload to the front coils and then do a sway bar delete. We are going to finish with installing the diff rebreather and the trd OR tow hook for the front!

This should get me all setup for any upcoming trips! No more sag!

I learned I will need a 60" hilift to change the rears due to the extended droop

Damn, figure a 60" will come in handy.

Going well! We have the AAL and shim installed on drivers side. Moving to the passenger side next.

8/20/17 - I went back to Triple Chop Shop and Chris installed the OME AAL from @HeadStrong Off-Road, axel shims and diff rebreather from @ToyTec Lifts, he cranked down the ADS coil overs one additional turn, and also deleted the sway bar.

During the install, we noticed the ebrake cables were pretty tight so Chris fabbed up a bracket to relocate it down about 3" making it have enough slack.

We got about 1/8" of lift additional in the front and about 1" in the back. The truck has a rake but when its fully loaded, should be pretty even or have a small rake.

Looks good! How are you liking the sway bar delete so far?

 

I can tell that something is different when doing higher speed cornering like on 1431. The 700lb springs help to keep the body roll down for sure. I am looking forward to the next offroad trip to see how it effects it there.
