Went wheeling last night and got crazy stuck. There was a 3 foot deep rut I thought I could straddle and ended up in. My passenger side door was underground about up to the bottom of the window lol and my driver side rear tire was at face level and I'm 6'.

I had 5 people with me and we ended up pushing the thing enough to get the air wheel to the ground (don't have lockers on it).

Anyway, for the amount of "holy shit's" that were said, it didn't do much damage but my fender and door are now pinched so that it's tough opening the passenger door. Anybody else have similar damage and know how to fix it? Best to buy new door/fender? Not really wanting to take it to a body shop as it's not really that bad..

Side note; awesome place to be for the eclipse we had in MO today

Tldr: any ideas on fixes or just start replacing shit?

Just pry it apart, apply a little touch up paint to keep it from rusting and call it a day.

Damn dude, ..... this is why I don't go off-roading with my truck. I use other people's trucks to off-road

No fun in that lol, as long as I'm not breaking axles or xfer cases I don't mind. Bought the regular cab for fun, the double cab is a pavement princess.. worth too much money to bang up.
